1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the iChancy platform, including all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and any other services available at ichancy.im. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on iChancy, you are confirming that you have read this entire document, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by it.

iChancy is operated under a valid gaming licence issued by the relevant licensing authority. All games and betting products offered on iChancy are provided in compliance with the terms of that licence. iChancy is committed to fair play, player protection, and responsible gaming — these commitments are reflected throughout these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account or use the iChancy platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the iChancy platform. iChancy operates a strict 18+ policy. If iChancy discovers that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, any winnings will be forfeited, and all deposited funds (minus any withdrawals already processed) will be returned to the payment method used to deposit them.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using the iChancy platform is legal in your jurisdiction. iChancy makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all locations. Players accessing iChancy from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create an account on iChancy, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, email address, date of birth, and country of residence. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on iChancy. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different email addresses, payment methods, or names — are strictly prohibited. iChancy reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iChancy login credentials. iChancy will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, contact iChancy support immediately and change your password.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

iChancy is required to verify player identities as part of its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You may be asked to provide any of the following: a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address; and confirmation of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on iChancy are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses displayed on the platform are denominated in PKR. iChancy does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may close your iChancy account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

iChancy accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. iChancy does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 1 to 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (IBFT) typically complete within 15 to 30 minutes. iChancy processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Real-money deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (this is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not a bonus condition).
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements detailed in the specific bonus terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• iChancy reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawals.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment method, iChancy will investigate and either credit the funds to your account or arrange a return to source within three to five business days. Contact support immediately with your transaction reference if this occurs.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by iChancy are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In cases of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this document, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your iChancy account must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual bonus. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings are released for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that have not been claimed or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without replacement.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

iChancy monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated play between accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, iChancy reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

iChancy reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets are only confirmed once a confirmation reference is displayed in your account. Do not assume a bet is accepted until this confirmation is shown — network errors during the betting process can result in bets not being placed even if you tapped the confirm button.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and table. These limits are displayed within each game interface. iChancy reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Results and Disputes

Game and bet results displayed on iChancy are final once a round concludes. For live casino games, the result is determined by the physical outcome visible on the live video feed. For crash games, results are verifiable through the published provably fair system. Disputes regarding results must be submitted to support@ichancy.im within 72 hours of the relevant round's conclusion, with your account details and the relevant round or bet ID.

6.4 Disconnections During Play

iChancy is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end during a game round. Where a disconnection causes a bet to be unresolved, iChancy will attempt to settle the bet based on the outcome that occurred. Auto-cashout features on crash games are processed server-side and remain active regardless of the player's connection status.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on iChancy and will result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account on iChancy.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using iChancy to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to charge back deposits made to iChancy.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing iChancy staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

iChancy takes responsible gaming seriously. Gambling is intended as entertainment. The following tools are available to all iChancy players at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a timer to receive a notification after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (from 24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and all marketing communications are suspended. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

9. Privacy & Data

iChancy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy. By registering on iChancy, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement.

• All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. iChancy employs SSL encryption across the entire platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the iChancy platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio — is the property of iChancy or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any iChancy content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party providers (such as Spribe, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those providers and is governed by their respective licences with iChancy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iChancy's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals made in the same period.

iChancy is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, opportunity, or goodwill.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the player's end.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from events beyond iChancy's reasonable control, including server outages caused by force majeure events.
• Errors in third-party game software, subject to iChancy's reasonable efforts to resolve such errors with the relevant provider.

Nothing in these terms excludes iChancy's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Suspension & Account Closure

iChancy reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to use of stolen payment methods.
• Money laundering or use of the platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward iChancy staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirements mandating account closure or restriction.

Where an account is closed for regulatory or investigation purposes, funds may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. iChancy will communicate the reason for account closure or suspension to the affected player where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

13. Amendments to These Terms

iChancy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, iChancy will notify players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of iChancy after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 3.4.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iChancy holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from your use of iChancy that cannot be resolved informally through the support team will be referred to the relevant regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution service as required by iChancy's licence conditions.

Before escalating any dispute formally, iChancy encourages players to contact our support team at support@ichancy.im and allow a reasonable period for resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
